Final product

Steps on how to make some text like this.

Step 1. create new file: 1152 by 864

            set the foreground to: 66717d

                and background to:2d3d48

Then copy this image, this will serve as our background.

Step 2. Pick the Gradient Tool, choose the Foreground to Background gradient, and click the Radial Gradient icon in the Options Bar. Then create a radial gradient from the center of the document to one of the corners.

It will look like this.

Step 3.Open the image that you have copied and set it to multiply.:70 for the opacity.

Step 4.Go to Image -> Adjustments ->Hue/Saturation, then change the Hue value to 180, and the Saturation value to -70.

Step 5. Drag the image to the background.

Step 6. create your text using the showcard gothic font color is :8bbabe and right click on the text layer and click blending options.

Step 7. Enter the following.

Inner Shadow

Outer Glow

Pattern Overlay

Stroke

Satin

Inner Glow

Drop shadow

Contour

Bevel and Emboss

After entering all the following, our text will look like this.

All we need is to save the file.
